Come cut trees and buy handcrafted holiday decorations at Winterberry Farm! Time to come out and enjoy nature and the adventure of finding the perfect tree! We have now been selling trees for 35 years. Our 2023 tree price is $70. You can visit us on instagram at @winterberry_tree_farm or visit us at winterberryfarmkillingworth.com. We accept payment via cash, check or Venmo. We look forward to seeing you this year. Weekend hours 9am to 4:30pm, weekday hours 1pm to 4:30pm.
November 27th – December 16 – Santa’s Mailbox will be at the Killingworth Library and additional mailboxes will be located at Killingworth Pharmacy and Bittersweet Bistro.
“Mailed” letters should be sent between Nov. 27th – Dec. 16th and addressed to Santa. Letter templates will be available inside the library, and online at https://www.kwoct.org/what-we-do/ under “Santa’s Mailbox”. Feel free to submit your letter at any of the three locations!
Please include the child’s name and full address, so that Santa and his elves can send a response letter with the help of the Killingworth Women’s Organization. After December 16th, Santa cannot guarantee a reply since it is such a busy time at the North Pole. Happy Holidays!

Killingworth Historical Society
December 2 – The Killingworth Historical Society will hold our Annual Christmas Fair at our new Barn behind the Parmelee Farmhouse (465 Route 81, Killingworth).
The Barn has electric lighting now (last year’s inaugural event was powered by battery-operated lanterns), and we are planning our biggest Christmas Fair ever – don’t miss it! There will be lots of handmade items crafted by our members, including live arrangements, baked goods, jams and jellies, holiday ornaments and decor, gift baskets, handknit sweaters and accessories, and many other gift items! Do you need hostess gifts or something special for coworkers, family, or friends? KHS members have been busy again this year so that you will be able to find it all here! 8:30am – 3:00pm
Christmas at the Farm
December 2 – Christmas at the Farm is making a comeback! Brought to you by the Parmelee Farm Committee and volunteers in our community – This is a completely FREE event and all are welcome. If you’d like to participate in. Stuff a Cruiser, please consider gift cards for teens besides the children’s toys that are the usual donation. Hope to see you at Parmalee Farm! 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Killingworth Congregational Church
December 2 – The Killingworth Congregational Church will hold its annual Christmas Fair. Stop by for a day of shopping, including holiday items, vintage toys, games (including a brand new Black Jack set with all accessories), antique steins and lamps, nostalgic collectables (Hummels/Goebels, crystal, china, etc.), plus bicycles, furniture, jewelry, a Tiffany Lamp, a guitar, a clarinet, and so much more. Bid on silent auction items, enjoy hot soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, and free children’s activities. Take a chance on the 50/50 raffle.

Dec 1 & 2 – Basket raffle, silent auction, decorated wreaths and greens, home baked goods, and handmade items. 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Friday night and 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
HK Craft Fair at the Middle School
Dec 2 – 80 artists, food trucks, raffles, book fair, and free admission. It will be 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the HK Middle School at 451 CT-81.
Beechwood Craft and Bake Sale
Dec 2 – Join for crafts, music, and delicious treats. Event will be 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Beechwood Community Clubhouse on 18 Swan Lake Trail.
