Chatfield Hollow Farm grows edible and medicinal mushrooms, assorted garden vegetables, ornamental evergreen and ginseng.  Their mushrooms are forest grown cultivated with organic spore on wood chips and logs cut on the property.

Method’s used are traditional Japanese small-scale forest mushroom cultivation. 

Chatfield Hollow Farm also breeds exotic birds.

Mushrooms are available May -October.
